Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of The GRACE Boardroom University website, assessments, courses, memberships, events, downloads, and related services provided by The Write Business Solutions, LLC.
Effective September 24, 2026
Agreement to these terms
By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting the GRACE Placement Assessment, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization.
Educational purpose and no professional advice
GRACE provides education, frameworks, templates, and general information. The services do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Nothing on this website creates a professional client relationship.
Business, nonprofit, grant, and funding outcomes depend on facts outside our control. We do not promise funding, revenue, certification, licensing approval, or any particular result. You are responsible for your decisions and for consulting qualified advisers when appropriate.
Accounts and accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
Purchases, recurring memberships, and cancellation
Prices, billing frequency, renewal terms, and material restrictions will be shown before purchase. Taxes may be added where required. Unless the checkout states otherwise, memberships renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual term until canceled.
You may cancel a membership using the account or cancellation method presented at purchase, or by emailing help@thewritebizsolutions.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund prior charges. Annual paid in full plans remain accessible through the paid term unless a refund is required under our Refund Policy or applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may use the services only for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not:
- Share account access or evade enrollment limits
- Copy, resell, publish, distribute, scrape, or create competing materials from GRACE content
- Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
- Interfere with security, access controls, or normal operation
- Upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or misleading material
- Use the GRACE name, marks, curriculum, or methodology as a licensee without a written license
Intellectual property and limited license
The website, GRACE methodology, course materials, assessments, text, graphics, recordings, templates, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to The Write Business Solutions, LLC and are protected by law.
When you purchase access, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your own learning or internal organizational use during the stated access period. No purchase transfers ownership. Commercial teaching, sublicensing, certification, consulting under GRACE methods, or use in client deliverables requires separate written permission or a Trailblazer license.
Events and third party services
Event registration and payment may be handled by Eventbrite or another provider under that provider's terms and privacy practices. Links to outside services do not mean we control or endorse every part of those services. Event dates, speakers, location, and format may change when reasonably necessary.
Communications
We may send service messages needed to deliver purchases, assessment results, account notices, and transaction information. If you separately opt in to marketing, we may send promotional email or text messages. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. You may stop marketing texts by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Transactional or legally required notices may continue where permitted.
User submissions
You keep ownership of information you submit. You give us permission to host, process, reproduce, and use it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the services, and as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential third party information unless you have authority to do so.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that all content will be error free. These disclaimers do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Write Business Solutions, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunities. Our total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify The Write Business Solutions, LLC from third party claims arising from your unlawful use of the services, your violation of these terms, or material you submit. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.
Governing law and disputes
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas, and each party consents to that venue. Before filing, please send a written description of the issue and requested resolution to our contact address and allow 30 days for an informal response.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate emergency or injunctive relief, filing an eligible small claims case, or exercising a right that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms prospectively. The effective date will show when they changed, and material changes will be communicated when required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These terms, together with incorporated policies and purchase terms, are the entire agreement about the services.
