How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors that help us host the website, store data, process payments, register events, deliver email or text messages, provide customer management tools, analyze service use, and support operations. They receive information only for the work they perform for us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices later constitute a sale, targeted advertising, or covered profiling under applicable privacy law, we will provide the required notice and opt out method before beginning that practice.
Cookies and similar technology
Our website and service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technology for essential operation, preferences, security, analytics, and marketing. The placement assessment uses browser storage to preserve unfinished progress. You can control many cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the website from working. If we introduce nonessential tracking that requires consent where you live, we will provide appropriate controls.
Email and text choices
Marketing email and text messages are sent only as permitted by law and according to your choices. Consent to marketing is not required to make a purchase. Use the unsubscribe link in an email or reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out. You may still receive nonmarketing messages related to a transaction, account, or request.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share text message opt in data or consent with third parties for their independent marketing.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable law covers our business or the particular data, you may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling. Texas residents may also appeal a denial of a covered privacy request.
Submit a request or appeal to help@thewritebizsolutions.com. Describe the right you wish to exercise. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority. You may use an authorized agent where applicable. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer needed, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
Children
The services are intended for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
External services and transfers
Our website may link to third party services, including event registration and payment providers. Their privacy policies govern their independent practices. We and our vendors may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for cross border transfers.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after the effective date is subject to the revised policy.
